How Utilities Outbound handles what you send us, in plain words.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company and its website, your role, and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your note. We collect nothing else.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That usually means reading your note, looking at your company's public website so our reply makes sense, and writing back to you. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to the same conversation, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Utilities Outbound who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web. The typefaces on this site load from a public font service, which receives the basic technical request your browser makes to fetch them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to shelby.james@utilitiesoutbound.co, or use the contact form and tell us what you would like. If you reply stop to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
